  • Okay, so it's summer.  People have been rushing in and out of town.  I have a bachelorette party this weekend.  I can't afford healthy food.  Dieting in this scenario sucks.  But, I want to lose about 20 lbs before a wedding I am in in August.  I bought a bridesmaid's dress that looks cute now, and will look good if I lose that weight as well.  So, it looks like it may be more of a portion control and workout time of diet this time, rather than a healthy foods kind of diet.  I'll hopefully be back early next week, post-bachelorette party, so update.

    Hey guys!  This semester has been INSANE.  I have never been this busy in my whole life, even when I was taking 21 hours and stage managing at the same time.  I feel like I'm always in class, doing homework, or at work.  Blerg.

    I have been trying and trying, but until I started this Herbal Cleanse thing I'm doing, I've actually been gaining!  Ugh.  Herbal Cleanse has been a lifesaver.  I don't believe in diet pills, thanks to a bad personal experience a few years ago.  So, when my friend at school talked to me about Herbal Cleanse, I was really wary.  I did my research, and it's made of natural stuff and doesn't actually have diet pills involved--it just helps your body clear itself out (while you eat healthfully and drink a lot of water)  I've lost 4 lbs so far!  It's an AdvoCare product, which I sell now because she made such a believer out of me.  If you're interested, leave a comment and I can tell you more!  Here's the website if you want to check it out on your own: www.advocare.com/10036514/

    I promise I won't mention my AdvoCare business too much.  I hate pushy salespeople.  But, it has helped me, so I thought I would mention it now.

  • Sorry all!  This is the first chance I've gotten to weigh in this week.  You see, I weigh without any clothes (why add the weight?), and I live with a guy roommate--and, he had a 3 day weekend this weekend, so I couldn't weigh.

    Anyway...
